Not received by me thankfully, but somebody else has recently received this message.
It just reinforces the idea that some people should not be allowed near ebay, possibly even near a PC. Although it also gives more reason why ebay should be marketing the concept as "inclusive" postage.
Never before has a report for feedback extortion been submitted so quickly!
I am not happy, I received your item yesterday. You state postage is FREE yet it has cost £2.61 to post the item. I paid £4.99 for this game and beleived it would be freepost.
Clearly that is not the case and the game should have only cost me £2.39. You have charged the posage in the game price. If I do not get a £2.61 refund I will be complaining to ebay and leaving negative feedback so everyone knows that you are ripping people off.

My mind is boggling. I can't thik of a word rude enough for such a person (and I know lots of rude words, honest) and even if I could , i don't think Martyn would like it typed here. No, Mr A, that is NOT 'Great news'!!
Wombling totals: Oct = £243.32 - £93.32 over target!
Nov Wombling Tally: £27.36 so far... behind target0 -
i think 'stupid' suffices to describe this person. I hope they don't have any plans to procreate.0

Dear Obviously a Daily Mail reader,
Thank you for contacting us regarding your recent order. We are sorry to hear that our service has left you unhappy on this occassion and we thank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to put matters right.
Having reviewed your order details, we can confirm that despite it being advertised as being offered with free postage, it did as you correctly state in fact cost us £2.61 in postage when sent. As we said, we would now like to take this opportunity to correct matters and have therefore just sent you an invoice for the postage cost of £2.61 which we trust you will settle immediately. We trust by having done this, we have now fully met your expectations.
We look forward to receiving your payment soonest and thank you again for bringing this oversight to our attention.
Kind regards,
Mr eBay Seller
Worth a try, you never know they might cough up!"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

It worries me that there are people around like this and more importantly that their carers allow them to dabble on E-Bay ..... :rolleyes:0
