Is there a cooling off period once upgraded with Vodafone?

Hi,

I upgraded my phone today and just checked the Vodafone website and discovered that the phone and deal on the website is my cheaper and includes more than i was offered.

I am wondering if i there is a cooling off period in which i can cancel this as i think as having been a customer for 10+ years it is pretty terrible i cannot even get this deal!

You can send it back inside 7 days, just call them.
Did you upgrade through upgrades or retentions ? Retentions have the better offers, but it's based on your spend over the last 6 months. If you don't go over you mins/text you don't get as good an offer. It's all about make a profit these days and new customers can sometime get a better deal than an existing one. . .
