No o2 signal for 3 days!
I have not been able to get a phone signal since Friday morning. Phoned Customer Services who said that there were no faults reported, but they would get an engineer to check. They phoned later to say there was a fault and it would take between2/24 hours to repair. Now Sunday and still no signal! There are at least 4 other people in the same street with the same problem so it can't be my phone. CS seem very vague about the whole thing, muttering about 'been reported','engineers been told' etc.
Are there any other people in the Crediton (Mid Devon) area having the same problem, if so please report it. Also, if anyone has a phone number other than CS that I can report this to could they please let me have it.
Thanks. Jim

All CS can do is report it. The engineers will report back and it'll be flagged on CS's systems when it's fixed.
CS had no direct contact with network support, they can't call them or even email them and they have no number that customers can call (there are very few of them and answering calls from CS or customers would take them away from fixing things).0 -
Thanks for the quick reply. Guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens.0

You should note how long you're without service and get a refund when it starts again, they should at least give you X days line rental back...0

I'm on PAYG so I don't think that would apply. Thanks anyway.0

Just phoned CS and apparently the local mast is totally 'cream crackerd' and is being replaced! Hopefully it should be OK by tomorrow.0
