My letter said " the promotion that we ran in the January 2008 issue was loaded onto an unrelated offers website without our knowledge, leading to an influx of orders that we were not expecting."
MSE???? LOL
Where do you buy your 'capsules' for the machine? Don't want to spend a fortune!

When you register your machine you get a voucher to buy a pack of pods. I got my last ones from Tesco, £2.99 for 8 coffee + 8 milk cappucino pods. Will keep my eye out for them being on special offer though as they are a bit dear.0 -
On the Woman and Home magazine it says 3 issues for £1 then pay £18.50 every 6 issues. Can I just cancel after paying the £1? If I cancel my dd online do i also have to inform the magazine of this - I dont want them to carry on sending the mags and then charge me for them.0

9. If you pay for your subscription by Direct Debit you are automatically protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. A copy of this should be sent to you by the publisher of the magazine/s you have selected. You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank and/or the publisher.
As I am paying by DD am I correct in thinking that I am ok and will not have to pay full subscription charges. Also, when is the correct time to cancel to receive all 3 free copies and do I just do this with bank or do I have to contact publisher as well.

If paying by DD, you can cancel at any time, and if you have internet banking, it's enough to just cancel it online and you don't have to write to the publisher.
I've never had a problem cancelling after my 3 for £1 or whatever, although I haven't taken out excessive numbers of subs (a few a year).
I usually cancel after my second issue, although I know some people cancel right after the first DD has been taken out. AFAIK the company don't know you've cancelled until they try to take money from your account, i.e. at the time of the second DD. But as I said, I cancel after the second issue as that gives me the excuse of "I've tried it and didn't like it", should anobody ever query it (they haven't)0 -
has anyone recieved theirs yet, i am waiting for two but they still have not arrived, recieved a postcard 2 weeks ago saying its out of stock at the moment0

Did you not receive the 2 elemis creams instead with a letter explaining they would not be sending any other hampers? However, I believe no one has reported here having received one.
Has anyone subscribed to Marie Claire with the elizabeth arden ceramides offer and actually received them? I got a postcard from IPC at around the same time as the Lindlt one saying it was out of stock but that they would be receiving more and sending it later on. I have received no replacemnte yet, so I guess there is still hope to receive that one.0 -
