i have placed an order through the magazine group - but it says it can take 4-6 weeks for delivery of the first magazine! Is this the norm?

I think it varies, but it's pretty normal to wait over a month, I'd say.

I got a gift sub for DH for his Christmas. I got it in early December and the first issue was supposed to be out the second week of January or so. Well, guess what landed on the doormat on Christmas Eve? Yeah, that's right, the first issue of the mag, addressed to DH so he opened it. :mad: So much for a surprise gift! :rolleyes:

So yeah, it varies.

never used them either. I remember once asking about it, perhaps in this thread and noone could tell me either. Soem of their offers at the time had already expired, according to the posters here. So I ended up using the magazine group and the cashback via topcashback.

PS: Have you tried searching magsite in the forum generically?
