I've had a look but nothing seems to stand out, most that I could see were on 12 month subs with limited gifts to subscribers which I presume will have long gone by now unless I'm looking in the wrong place?2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please0

Would this normally happen does anyone know?
She lives miles away and I wanted her to have it (cheap birthday present!). I'll either now have to post it on or wait til I next see her (probably Christmas).
I would have thought the subscription and the free gift would go to the same address?
Hi, yeah, this would be normal, but if you wanted to post it on or free you could just write 'wrong address', with your friend's address on the packet, and repost it?0 -
I signed up on 3/08 to the Cosmo sub, the offer was 3 mags for £1, but I didn't realise til after that there was a min 12 month sub.
Now I don't know whether to cancel it before I get the first mag and they take the first £1, or wait until after I've got the 3 and risk cancelling it then. Has anyone done this, and do they chase you for ther rest of the money?
Also, I can't find the site/link I ordered it off, so don't know whether there was a free gift or anything with it - I wouldn't mind having to pay if I can't cancel if there was! - I've looked through the other chat page, but can't find the offer I had, does anyone know?0 -
I see from quidco webblog that the magazine group no longer operate with them (see July 3) @ http://www.quidco.com/blog/0

I am trying to use this link for 6 issues for £3 for Webuser magazine but it does not have a direct debit portion? does anyone else have this problem?

Has anyone had their free leapfrog table from the practical parenting magazine yet?
Have had confirmation that it should be here within 28 days which is up on Monday.
Just wondered if they were being shipped out yet.
Thanks0 -

Get the 6 for just £1 from here. G
P.S. Also, see Computer Active 6 issues for 6p.0 -
When do you cancel?
Straight away or your last issue on the offer? i.e Issuse 6 of webuser or as soon as they take the £1 as they have to offer the deal then?0 -

If you cancel after they've send you out the 7th, they will charge you for the 7th & no more (incl the first 6, for £1 or whatever, of course!). G
Edit: I'm not sure if what I stated above is correct for this particular offer.
From the Web User subs page after pressing the 'Subscribe Now' button (not final - one further button to commit):
"After the first 6 issues for £1 I will pay just £10.80 every three months. If I decide Web User is not for me, I can cancel on receipt of my 4th issue. I will have only paid £1, and no further payments will be taken."
So you may get only 4 instead of the 6(??). Someone who knows for sure please confirm/contradict.0
