I'm having the same prob with Glamour subscription. I'm sick of being told lies & have told them so!!
They offered me 2 xtra mags & I refused & said I expected full refund. HAve said they will refund remaining suscription but I 've emailed again re full refund & further complaint about their lack of customer service!!!:mad:

Hi Peeps,

Received my first Cosmo and glamour 2 weeks back and my first Elle today..

I wondered is it possible to cancel the sub if a payment has been taken already and will I still receive the mags im entitled to? i.e

Cosmo = 3 Mags for 1 Pound
Glamour = 12 Issues for 9.90
Elle = 1 quater for 1 Pound (I think)

Received the Philosophy gift set today, that was sent in place of the Decleor gift from the Hitachi Filippe magazine.
It is a beautiful set in a metal carrier box, there are 7 items in it. Will make a stunning gift.

I always cancel my sub when 1/ I have rec'd the first issue, and 2/ they have taken the dd. You will still get the mags that you subscribed too.

Can I ask, I have roughly 4 subs with IPC, all have different reference numbers on them and are all seperate direct debits on my online Halifax account.

I have received Ideal Homes from IPC already and wondered if I now cancel the subscription ( they have taken the £1 fee) if it would cancel out the other three dd's which haven't gone out yet?

I also have two dd's for National publishing but that is a single dd on my online account. I assume I shall have to wait for both to come out of that before I can cancel it, any ideas?
