Had completely given up hope, but got back today to find TWO parcels from IPC, one with the Essentials OS goodies, and the other full of Matrix Biolage kit from Woman & Home mag. Am particularly astonished as I rang up about that the other day, the woman I spoke to said they had been unable to get more stock of a couple of bits and they were hanging on to dispatch it all together. I thought(!) I recognised a brush-off when I heard one, so I cancelled my sub there and then & was assured I would receive a refund in due course for the first DD which has already gone out. She did ask if the only reason I was cancelling was because of the lack of gift...I said yes!

They had run out of the Cream Wax & Fortifying Conditioner, but have replaced them with bottles of Bodifying Shampoo & Conditioner instead (could they see my limp and lacklustre locks down the phoneline??) - all looks lovely & smells divine!

Think I might just keep this one for me! :j

I accidentally cancelled my DD to this sub, then rand them back as the offer had gone from online. I managed to re-subscribe and emailed them about the gift. My reply was that it was "enroute" and to allow up to 28 days for delivery..

i've just received my first copy of Eve magazine, no sign of the Kew handbag but there was a No.7 lipstick withn the packet. do u think this is this an Alternative free gift? Hope not, cuz its a right horrid colour.
has anyone else had the same?

I also received Eve mag this morning with the No 7 lipstick but not Kew Handbag. I have a feeling that in last months issue it said that the lipstick would be free in next months but not entirely sure. Anyway hope to receive bag soon.

thanks for that!! thats made me feel alot better as i was thinking "hummmm what a crappy lipstick, i'll be phoning them up tomorrow to have a moan!!!:rotfl: " i really hope we all get our bags as it looked really pretty!

ditto, got the lippy in todays eve mag, but missed out on Kew bag, managed to get the elemis eye cream in previous offer.

The lipstick was definitely free with this months magazine anyway, and is not a replacement gift. As no-one has received their Kew bag yet, I am not giving up hope!

:mad: :mad: Hi, i emailed glamour again today as initially they said i couldn't have the free givenchy perfume but would be getting an alternative gift, the alternative gift never arrived so now i emailed them back and they said that they had added extra mags onto my sub for free. i emailed them back asking for full refund and details of how to formally complain. Terrible customer services, im really mad at them for wasting my time and saying things that just arent true and they just continually fob people of with lies.
