Just been going through my list of Mag sites and have so far only come up with this
http://www.magazine-stand.co.uk/corporate/terms-and-conditions/
Clause 12 in their T & C's is exactly the same as The Magazine Groups so I assume they are part of the 3PM Ltd.
Edit: Just spotted this at the bottom of the page
Magazine Stand is a partnership between 3PM and Jellyfish. This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0 -
I also got letter refusing anymore subscriptions . does anyone know what other company names they use.
Is this any good?

It would appear that the affiliates bit applies if you click on a link on another site which then takes you to TMG site...This post was created in an area that may contain nuts!0 -

Be careful with this one, make sure you only pay via direct debit - they don't ask you to input any payment details when you first subscribe - they ask you to contact them via telephone. I emailed them and received this email, took a couple of emails before I received a direct debit mandate:
We can confirm that your order is currently being processed. You will receive a letter shortly requesting you to confirm your bank details.
Please be advised that the offer you have responded to is designed for direct debit payments only. You can pay by credit card if you wish, however, we need to inform you that our system is unable to delay and split card payments. Both the payment of £12 and the full renewal amount of £31.20 will therefore be collected at the same time. We will of course be more than happy to refund the payment of £31.20 but we are unable to prevent the payment from being collected. With this in mind, we recommend that you set up a direct debit.0 -
I recently subscribed to the Grazia magazine subscription which includes three free philosophy products and recieved my free gift last week but found that two of the three products were out of date.
I called the magazine today to see whether they can send me a replacement but they said I'll have to send them back the products and they will send me a replacement but they cannot guarantee that the next batch won't be out of date and that it may even be another gift, and further more, it will be a while before I receive it.
Not very happy with their customer service :mad:0 -
Have had my 1st Instyle mag but not had my Elemis freebie, anyone else had there freebie yet?
Thanks0 -
Also subscribed to Grazia magazine when the pholosophy gift set was on offer. Received a set of wella straighteners in the post this morning. Not impressed! Totally useless to me as I have naturally curly hair that I don't straighten. Sent them an e-mail to complain. I also note that the straighteners can be bought on ebay for under £10! Hardly a fair swap for the original £40 offer. Not holding my breath but will see if I get anywhere. I know its a bit of a lottery with sibscription gifts! Dont mind as much when I pay under £10 and/or get cashback but didnt in this case. :mad:0

Thanks
You need to allow up to 28 days for the gift to arrive after the money comes out of your bank account.0 -

It would be funny if they weren't quite so incompetent - I signed up for the straightners and got sent the philosophy set!0
