Can someone tell me the sender/email subject for the instyle/benefit confirmation - i'm having trouble finding it in my inbox and i didn't recieve a postcard from them either. TIA

Was there no powder puff in the box? The powder is in the powder puff thing.

well i got the benefit gift , a lipstick , a lip brush and a powder box with a powder puff but no powder in it .
im wondering whether to email them as to why it has no powder in it ??

The instructions say the powder is in the puff not seperate.

Hiya,
I subscribed to the Insyle 3 for £1 offer with the dermalogica gift set and never received it. I spoke to them yesterday - apparently in the small print it states that the gift will only be sent out once you've paid for the second part of the sub (the expensive bit!) and if you cancel before then you won't get the gift. Also, if you cancel before the end of the sub they can demand you pay for the 'gift' they sent you! Seems like IPC have this one sussed after all...:rolleyes:
