It was a Direct Debit, I'm still waiting to hear back from the bank regarding how Haymarket answer them but the bank have finally given me the money back.

Just subscribed to In Style magazine, got a confirmation email and it said 3 for £1 and no mention of free make up kit at all. Went through Quidco as well, then phoned up The Magazine Group and they had got my subscription OK but is definitely 3 for £1 and no make up kit !!! so where is the make up kit offer gone?

Hi

I phoned ICM and applied for the offer.

They took £3 from my account and 2 days later took £37 from my account.

They have returned the £37 after i phoned them to explain why.

I still have not received my free gift.

Will phone them today.

Have any MSE's had similar experiences?
