Contract through a reseller

I'm looking to get my first mobile contract and I've been doing plenty of reading and research so I can hopefully get what I want!
I think I've found the right phone and contract for me but its through buymobilephones not through one of the network providers. I'm a little confused about the role of resellers.
I've had a look at the buymobilephones thread on here and there seems to be no problem getting the phone etc (so I hope that means they're not a dodgy company!) just occasionally some problems with the free gift or cashback. The contract I'm looking at is with orange and there's no free gifts or cashback for me to worry about but there is a £10 per month discount on line rental. Do I have to claim for this, as under monthly cost, it's already been taken off?
Also, once I've ordered and received my phone from buymobilephones, who do I deal with regarding paying bills and queries - is it with orange or buymobilephones? Basically after the initial order, is it just the same as ordering from orange but cheaper?:o
Is there anything else I need to watch out for with them? I know they include insurance but I think I can cancel this as soon as I receive the paperwork.
Thank you for any help!

Any queries regarding bills, tariff, settings etc should be directed to orange.
Any queries regarding problems with the phone should be directed to
buymobilephones.
Only exception to this would be if they initially put you on the wrong tariff, you would then contact buymobilephones
I have never bought anything from them so can't comment on what the company is like.
Hope this helps0 -
Hi, over the past few years I have now had around 15 contracts for myself and relatives through Buymobilephones.net. I have always recieved the offer , be it free gift/cashback by redemption/automatic cashback, with no problems. The £10 discount you mention is applied by Orange and is therefore an Orange promotion.0

Oh that's great! Thank you both so much! I feel much more relaxed about it.
Now, just to decide whether I want to pay for the phone and get more minutes or not...0
