Bank havent responded to first letter!

What the course of action if the bank havent responded within the first 14 days of the initial letter?

    Which bank was it?
    Was it sent recorded mail?

    It was to halifax

    HALIFAX PLC
    TRINITY ROAD
    HALIFAX
    WEST YORKSHIRE
    HX1 2RG


    It was normal mail first class :(

    Address is fine but send next letter Recorded delivery to ensure it is delivered to them ;)

    ahh, you reckon they simply ignore it...

    I'll send another... and if they dont reply to that what do i do?

    I get the impression the whole process is flawed if they deny everything....

    When they don't we will deal with that scenario then.

    Ah ha! They replied today believe it or not, sent me a income sheet ect.

    I've read the tips on what to do on the guide on this site. Anyone have any personal tips on what to do/not to do next?

    lol, yes, fill in the income and expenditure form and send it back to them with any arrears notices you have(copies of them rather than the originals).
