Ah ha! They replied today believe it or not, sent me a income sheet ect.
I've read the tips on what to do on the guide on this site. Anyone have any personal tips on what to do/not to do next?

lol, yes, fill in the income and expenditure form and send it back to them with any arrears notices you have(copies of them rather than the originals).Ah ha! They replied today believe it or not, sent me a income sheet ect.
