I don't do camping... I'm far too much of a southerner for that nonsense.
:hello: hi everyone, I'm still around. I'm just working through some 'stuff' at the moment so on top of the pms which is dragging on this month I'm not much fun to be aroundI'm being a proper friend and staying the hell away from civilisation.

We're up for that:j Hubbles loves the idea:D Might need to trade in the 3 man dome tent for a 4 man frame tent though... I don't know who the men are that are used to size tents but they must be wee:rotfl:

Hello eveyone :wave:
Had to call the mortgage company yesterday to get some figures together regarding buying out FL (aka MB).
Anyway, as I have never changed my payments with the drop in interest rate I discovered that I have been overpaying by £145 a month and have reduced my term from 21 years to 12.5 :T :T
Hope everyone is well

:hello:
That's an excellent reduction. It's exactly what my parents did when the interest rates went up and down - they never reduced them because they had "got used" to the higher payments. They eventually paid it off in about 16 years."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Hubbles is a BMW driver - he is the exception that proves the rule (though I never did understand the logic of that comment
)

You mean I can't just ask the kids to pack their own stuff and shove the cats in the boot?
I get told off for being too organised as it is.....anyone would think it's abnormal to have an entire draw dedicated to wrapping paper, sorted into matching colours/tags/occasions. :rolleyes:"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -
Tig-that is BRILLIANT! At least when you do by the !!!!!! out it will still be manageable and not leave you with a mahooosive moprtgage! Well done you x
Luc/Spud/Linda (and all you other camping type people) I am quite serious about this-are you up for picking a weekend this summer and planning a venture with tents etc?
I think it would be great, kids all playing together, drinking beer, BBQ's etc. My trailer tent thing will sleep 2 more so if anyone wants to tag along, we can do that!Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -

YES, YES, YES, YES!
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -
