Hello eveyone :wave:

Had to call the mortgage company yesterday to get some figures together regarding buying out FL (aka MB).

Anyway, as I have never changed my payments with the drop in interest rate I discovered that I have been overpaying by £145 a month and have reduced my term from 21 years to 12.5 :T :T

I know it will go back up again because I have to buy him out and the rate is likely to go back up but I still feel a little sense of achievement
