Afternoon all,
At last the house seems rather quieter....DGD2 and visiting friends have gone and other granddaughters have gone to visit a friend with their Mammy, so there is now only the sound of 2 tvs to interrupt my peace and quiet!
Dinner will be pasta with a homemade sauce of some type, will also make some soup from leftovers from yesterday....I love soup at any time of the year and anyway it is not particularly warm here to-day....OH has just put on the heat.Baked some cakes yesterday so tins are full.
Belated birthday wishes to Mrs Moneypenny and Noah...glad that you both had a good day.
Congratulations to FE...please take care of yourself
Hilstep....sorry to hear of your bad week, look after yourself.

Evening All,
Have got about 3/4's of the way through my O/T work so going to finish the rest tomorrow and have a relaxing night tonight.
I have to confess I did buy some clothes from the Next sale today not very O/S I know but good clothes for work and I really needed some more jeans - just hope they fit.
I am going to have sausage, mash and my own courgettes for tea - yummy. I have mowed both lawns this morning, put three more loads of washing on line and dried, took dogs out for a long walk (despite one running back to the car when we were in the second to last field - soooo embarrassing!), and watered vegetable plants in garden.
I might just watch a film tonight - I have the Unborn dvd, which I think is a little scary, I might watch it!!
I know this might sound like a stupid question but if you pick something up via freecycle do you ever give the person any money? I know the title states 'free' but just wondering.
Hope everyone has a relaxing, peaceful evening0 -
