HTC Magic - insurance

Hi
I had a HTC magic, but unfortunately lost it along with my handbag
I have claimed on my home contents insurance and i am covered.
The replacement mobile was referred to a 3rd party company for them to provide me with a new one. Unfortunately they are unable to provide this phone as they don't stock it. They have however valued it at £370.22 for replacement.
The insurance company have said that I should find a supplier and inform them of this and they will raise payment for me.
I have looked on kelkoo.co.uk and the cheapest seem to be around £400 (unless you count ebay and amazon marketplace) but I want to get the phone from a reputable company if possible.
My question is- can anyone find this phone for around the £370 mark. I asked the insurance company what site the price came from but they couldn't/wouldn't tell me. I am on Vodafone.
If necessary I may have to swap phones (no problems, just don't want to end up with a low value phone!!) but I would like full internet access, facebook(!) and BBC iPlayer on it- any ideas? would a blackberry do all this?

If they will give you the cash instead, then you could buy a sim free HTC Hero, which are selling for just under £4000
