My Casio Wave Ceptor watch is now 2 minutes slow. How can this be?

Presumably it's not successfully receiving the time calibration signal. I believe they can be set to automatic or manual. Does it work if you try to sync it manually?Stompa0

It has been OK for a year or two and I am doing nothing different.0

From the manual for the WVQ-200HU-1AVER:Battery: The battery is fitted at the time of manufacture and should be replaced at the first sign of low power (no light or slow timing) by your dealer or CASIO distributor.0

Thanks for the suggestions. Reckon it needs a new battery.0

Try parking the watch near an East facing window overnight, you might be in an area where reception is pants.
I'm curious to why East? Anthorn is in Wales and obviously depends on where you live to which direction the signal comes from, but I'd have thought it was Westerly if anything for most people."She is quite the oddball. I am in Scotland. I reckon that means point it south.0

Anthorn is not in Wales it's in Cumbria, not far from Carlisle.A problem shared is a problem multiplied.0

Absolutely right, my mistake. Don't know where I got Wales from. Still on the West coast of the UK though."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"
