To be honest there are many similar offers around this price point - £19.58 on O2 gives you 600 minutes, 1200 texts and a free bolt on - so you could choose unlimited web.

Orange have 600 mins + unlimited texts for £19.58 too but you would have to pay an extra £5-er for web.
