2nd night AF for me Yellow Monkey please.

I have just been trying to distract myself all day today and I have done quite a bit of cleaning so that's a bonus. I'm not feeling too bad really anyway.

I just take these days where I don't feel like drinking where I can get them because some days it seems like I have no control over myself. Of course I know I do.:o

I didn't get any money out yesterday so if I wanted to get any drink I would have to walk quite a bit to a cash point! Obviously I'm too lazy to do that.:D;)

My DH is out tonight as well so I can't wheedle him into bringing me any drink back home for me either. :p

I hope everyone is okay tonight.:A

  • hello all I jsut been sawing up wood - finished cooking (I love cooking :)) but I am also addicted to sawing up logs using my home made sawmill - upside down electric saw thing bolted to a black and decker work mate - all safe and secure - but great fun being a lumberjack for the day - need to borrow a chain saw to thin out some of the old wood in the garden and make MORE LOGS :) (insert evil laugh)

Hope everyone good - DD having a girlie movie fest once she's back from the cinema

Someone has stolen half the chocolate cake in the kitchen

And someone has stolen the keys for the sit on mower (Big Red Beast - BRB for short) I suspect DS has them in his pocket and he is now at his chums house - pah no whizzing around the garden for me then :(

Waves to all - away to catch up with you guys in a mo :)

    [QUOTE=mollypolly
...I agree about the sitting having a lovely meal and chatting over a glass of wine.(This is what I miss)
I sometimes think that I could now do this and not drink any other time and would love to try.....mmmmm

But actually....I am now frightened of alcohol:eek: and don't know if I could control it......cunning,baffling,controlling stuff that it is.

I wonder ......Eselt,Bismarck,RA etc.....do you feel like this.I don't actually crave it anymore but still want to try it again to see if I could take charge this time:confused:

    Bit of a waffle there....sorry.[/QUOTE]

    waffling is fine.

As for the answer, Molly..there is none really...

So the wine is probably not as good as you think it would be....the risks are too great....don't do it....
    But you knew that anyway!;)

constant vigilance....2 years on and one day at a time.....every day is precious - don't waste it.

Found the question I asked.....in case folk were confused.:D:rolleyes:

What on earth does "rubberise a chicken" mean?

Sorry - I roasted a chicken and made:
    Chicken panini's for lunch
Probably have sneaky chicken sandwiches for supper
Chicken bacon and lemon cous cous for a meal later in the week (frozen)
Chicken roast dinner tomorrow with yorkshire puds yum yum
    Chicken egg fried rice (frozen)
And a nice huge pot (added a fair bit of stock cubes) of chicken and veggie broth will keep some and freeze half

Skin and yukky bits for the doggies (no bones)

Being stupid here but 'STRICTLY???????????' Guessing its a tv series....?
Bones into composting bin never quite found anything to do with them:rotfl:
