Morning YM

errrm.... I got a new toy off tinterweb, so I'll be spending today finding out how it works, I thinkHave to traipse up to Smiths at some point AND buy a Daily Mirror as DS2 is obsessed with Lego and they are giving some away..... there's football on later, but its only a friendly, so don't know if I'll be watching. Have ribs marinading in the fridge  for dinner, along with some sausages and bits and bobs and salad and stuff, so I've got that to get together
Other than that, not much :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
What about you?Neigh, neigh, and thrice neigh

Lego is fab! I used to help my brothers with building stuff when I was younger - being a girl my job was generally finding the right shaped piece & handing it over
I will probably watch the match later, or at least have it on while I'm reading stuff on here
Your food plans sound v.nice - I'm really not into food atm. Don't know why as normally I'm quite the foodie@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
Just worked out that I spent £27.58 on wine in August, which doesn't sound bad until you factor in that I only started keeping a record from the 14th
This equates to £719.05 a year!
Which, bizarrely, does show I have started spending less as when I have looked at this before on the Demotivator it was over a grand. Still shocking tho
Feel v.depressed now@ LBM = £15,872.65, now £10,819.82AF Jan = 7/? Feb = 5/14 Mar = 14/20 Apr = 6/14 May = 2/14 June 2/14 July 0/TF Aug 1/TFv Sept 6/TF Oct 4/7"NEVER DOUBT YOUR OWN QUALITY"0 -
Morning all!!
Just finished a mountain of ironing. Was flagging a bit halfway through and then the in-laws arrived and that inspired me to keep going ( I iron SO well when aggravated!:rotfl:) Luckily they were only here 10 minutes but when they left I had definite bells clanging! Really bizarre. It's only 11am !!!!!!!!!
Still, will be good today. Off to my brothers for lunch. Its his 43rd birthday today and me and Mum have made him a little monsters cake. It looks so cool!:rotfl:. They usually have wine flowing but am hoping that, as its a lunchtime get-together, they might not do today.
I think being on a diet is actually helping me with staying off the alcohol a bit. Can't afford to waster the calories on liquid...I want FOOD:rotfl:
Cazza - that funeral sounded so lovely (if a funeral CAN be lovely, but you get what I mean). I love it when they're so personalised.
Anyway, have good days everyone!!
Miss P
xx

FH, so sorry to hear you've not been well, it's true though, being ill does help with the bells clanging! Hope you're fully recovered

Happy birthday to Miss P's bro too!!
Miss P, your oulaw/ironing comment made me laugh :rotfl:
YM, 4 for me please, was touch and go last night, I was waivering anyway, then we had some bad news when FIL rang to say that OH's aunt had died earlier in the dayshe was a very special person so has affected everyone. I can't stand my immediate outlaws but all the family attached are lovely. Don't know when the funeral is yet, but I shall have to make sure I'm driving.
Taking the kids to the ball/play place today I think, might even stretch to a McD's for lunch or bring one home for dinner for them, not for us, they see it as a treat but I definately don't!
Dunno what to do now that BB's finished, feel at a loose end now, got ages till Celebrity Jungle starts
Hope you are all okay today and enjoy the weekend xxDFW Nerd no. 496 - Proud to be dealing with my debts!!0 -
