Morning All & thanks again for the warm welcome :T:T

Day 2 of my `no target` quest....& a brand new day for anyone who`s halo slipped a bit last night.

Must say I`m glad I chose a Saturday to start this...I would always buy a bottle for Saturday night...nice to get my coffee this morning & not have to take the empty bottle out to the bin :D:D.

Most I have ever done AF is 9 months....I felt so ashamed when I slipped back into the habit....I guess I thought that I was in control...sadly I was wrong which is why it is important for me to stop totally.

Anyway....have a good day everyone....I`m off to my allotment to do battle with the weeds!!
