    Evening all!

Those bells they are a clanging!! Bit of a crap-ish day - mainly me being impatient and grumpy. Speech therapy appt did not go well (well if they WILL leave it 4 months between appts I don't know what they expect!). Piglet refused to utter a word even though he had been gabbling right up to the minute I took him in. It was yet again a different therapist who we had never seen before so he went all shy. And she was a bit pants, to be honest. I think he's fine now so may tell them where to stick their next appointment.

Still dinner, courtesy of my Mum, is in the oven and smelling lovely so its not all bad news!

Hope everyone is ok. I'm off to drown out those bells somehow....

    Miss P
    xx

That must be so frustrating, Miss P :(

But at least it sounds like you've got a nice dinner! :)

Good morning all, and congrats to all who achieved their goals last night.:j

DH duly came home with not one, but six bottles of wine last night, so my bells were clanging like monsters, and it was a close run thing, but the bottle was opened and 125ml was in the cooking, the cork was replaced and it was replaced in the fridge. Phew!! I was however in bed by 9.30!

If you like using wine in cooking it is a good idea to pour the last dregs of wine or 250ml or so into ice cube trays and just use the cubes as and when you need them for cooking. Works a treat :T

  • MOB~love that! Jelly Belly :rotfl:I got me one of those too.

Infact, I'm the heaviest I have been since 2001. The year I went to Greece and ate enough Mousakka and drank enough beer to sink a ship

When I was pregnant, it took me until around 6 months for people to notice. I was actually losing weight, not putting on! No wine calories

    Much love X

    Hi FH

I know all about the jelly belly:eek::eek: After 3 C-sections i have no tummy muscles left .. I was always size 6-8 ( looked anorexic at size 6) and am now size 12 . I know this is not large but I am very small!!

When I was pregnant with my first I suffered so badly from morning sickness for 9 months that I only weighed 10 stone full term . When He was born I was 1 stone lighter than before pregnancy . Oh happy days.:D
