Advice Needed !possible decline due to lack of history!

I'm building up green (0s) with my cap1 card, i've got cashplus normal card didn't think about the cashbuilder one as was creating history with my cap 1 card

Don't bother with Cash Plus credit builder, total waste of time.
Far better to open something like a Jd Williams catalogue account or take out a Vanquis card.
Open an account now and by xmas you could have a further 6 green zero's on your file which can only help with a mainstream application around that time

Thanks for that, but its conflicting advice!! Some posters have said dont apply for anything at all as i've still got ccj on file till October?


Would it be advisable to apply to vanquis or just leave it and stick with my current cap 1 card as only way of building more history.

Jd Williams will more than likely accept with a 5 yr old CCJ.
Small limit to start £125 but used wisely will increase almost monthly.
I started at £125 now at £1100, had since last Sept.

Pretty certain that they will.
Again used wisely and increases are good, I along with many others started on £250, increased to £500 after 3-4 months then £1250 after 7 months.
High interest but pay off in full or just leave a small balance.
They report immediately to Experian and Equifax, even before card is activated :T
