John Lewis induction hobs and ovens?

I'm seriously thinking of getting one for the kitchen but as they are rebadged, does anyone have any idea who supplies JL for their induction hobs and ovens?

Anyone on here own one and can tell me how reliable/easy to use it is? Went to a JL and got told it's all touch sensitive and you have a power indicator (by numbers) etc etc but he wasn't particularly useful. (shame really, I have a soft spot for JL's customer service, but guess even that is going downhill)

Thanks all :)

    Hi,

John Lewis appliances are made for them by Electrolux Zanussi Group.

Have a look at Neff, Bosch, Siemens products. Probably cost a little more but worth the extra.

I don't really need high end specs (pricing for about 10 years, it's most definitely not my forever kitchen).

didn't realise electrolux do induction hobs, will have a gander :)

If you want them to last 10 years then you won't really get that from Electolux/zanussi products. You better look at low end Neff to get your 10 years.

Basic Neff single ovens are from £341 and touch control induction hobs from £489.

I have to agree with CK here, you'd have to be very lucky to get an Electrolux group oven and hob to last ten years.

Go German made to ensure you get your 10 years worth...

I take it you're basing that on the U1 price list?

Ah - the elusive U1 price list!!!!

Sad to say we are not that highly thought of by Neff! We are on U2.

I think its because we mainly do Miele. - Can't have everything!

Very true, I'm just glad to be back in a showroom that actually has Miele on display, it kinda looks good with Stoneham kitchens, much better than Neff anyhows...
