Hopefully the account won't exist. If it does, look out for a post on the current account board asking "Someone has paid some money into my account and now they're asking for it back. I've since spent it, so do I have to give it them?"

But seriously, get OH to ring Egg, go through security, and say "can I put you on to my wife as she deals with the finances?" He can answer the security questions?
