Coming to the end of your talktalk contract

if you are near the end or your 18 month contract has ended you can ring Talktalk and ask them for a New Wireless modem or money of your bill if you opt to sign a new 18 month contact.

i talked to the disconnection department and signed a new 18 month contract and got a free wireless modem

Whats the point of getting a modem as i presume you already have one ?

I would sooner have toothache than an 18 month contract with Talk Talk.;)

We phoned when we were getting close to 18 months and they offered £1 off per month for 6 months on an 18 month contract, i.e. a £6 saving over 18 months or a free modem. We declined both of these and are now just on 30 days notice (i.e. no contract).

I would have thought being free of a ridiculously long contract period was worth way more than a 'free' modem, personally. But each to their own...
