best ethical cash mini ISA?

hello hello
well having missed the ISA boat yet again last year i'm determined to get it sorted early this year... any recommendations for a good cash mini ISA with an ethical investment policy? best one I've found is with Smile at 4.5% (if you have a current account with them - 3.95% if not): http://www.smile.co.uk/ISA.html?loc=l. can anyone beat that?

Is there such a thing as an 'ethical' mini cash ISA. Your funds are held on deposit so not invested.
Alliance and Leicester do a Mini Cash ISA for 5.2%, check the details though..0 -
