    You're beyond that now. He's reneged on your deal so if you don't want to put yourself at risk of a strike, you should seriously think about paying him (With PAYPAL)

    OP why were you in touch for 4 days? why didnt you get in touch once and agree a time and place for the exchange

    You need to play this by the ebay/paypal rules. They'll look at the auction, and all they will see is that you haven't paid, and then YOU will be the one that gets a strike for not paying.

    You MUST pay for the item with Paypal, then after 7 days, open up an "item not received" dispute. That way, HE gets a strike for being a non performing seller, and you can leave a negative.

    As it currently stands, you're the one who hasn't paid...
    Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
    Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
