Actually, I am sure you can use the Virgin Holidays booking reference on the Virgin Atlantic website to access your flights. I am sure I did.

can you go on before hand and book your seats? We are flying Virgin in Feb and booked through an agent.

    Thanks All

I'm planning a holiday to Orlando in May (me, wife & 2 kids) and was considering booking flights with Monach.
Have any body had any experience of flying with them?

I was considering upgrading to Premium to give extra legroom. more comfort, etc.
First time to Florida so any advice would be appreciated.

Yes, you should be able to unless all of the pre bookable allocation has been used.

I never book through an agent so I'm not the best to advise, but I think they need to ask Virgin Atlantic for your PNR (???) number. You should then be able to use that to pre select (no guarantee) your seats.
  • I flew with Monarch over to Sanford I think. They were a bit basic but fine. Shared tv screens etc, smallish seat pitch. Would definitely go with them again if I needed to get there cheaply. Depends on how much you would spend on upgrade, but might be worth thinking about American Airlines, which has a bigger seat pitch and who I have travelled with many times and would recommend too.

I know you have to pay to park at Disney, but if you leave during the afternoon say, can you return in the evening and not have to pay again?

Yes, the parking is good in all Disney car parks for the whole day, so you can leave & go back or go to another Disney park, just show the ticket at the parking toll booth

I haven't flown Monarch to Orlando but have to Barbados. It was a special charter to a cruise ship and the upgrade was not very expensive. In that case, it was well worth paying extra for. I guess it depends on how much more it costs.

If you do fly with them, make sure you stock up on things to pass the flight: Nintendo DSs fully charged, MP3 stocked with tunes, a stack of books, mags and puzzles - the sort of stuff you get on some other carriers such as Virgin, that way the flight will pass far more quickly.

    Hi.

I am looking to book a holiday with Thomas Cook to Orlando Florida, but am unsure as to whether this actually includes car hire.. I have spent the last half hour searching for this information on their website to no avail.
Does anyone know if it is included?

    Thank you!

    Hiya

Its depends on what type of holiday your booking to Florida

Usually the quote will include car hire but you would have to add the insurance for the duration of the holiday
