Just caught tenant moving out without telling me..

I passed our tenanted house today and found the tenant moving all her furniture out. She says she decided today (we only spoke to her yesterday) that she wants to move and has today moved all her furniture out of the house. She has a 12 month tenancy signed in February this year. Her rent is also due this week and is still…

That would be a gutter, but its the LA definately at fault. Have you found this tenant yourself? Hopefully everything should turn round now ok.
Unfortunately little old ladies don't get their rent fully paid as they are deemed to have too many rooms - thats the way it works round here anyway. She probably didn't know this as HB tends not to be helpful in telling people what they will get.
An example for us Old lady living in one house, £85 allowed rent each week, identical houses young girl with a young child, £100 per week, another house young woman was working, no children, now out of work - was working temporary at agencies, £75 per week.
