I'm keeping fingers crossed till i get dr's diptest for uti this afternoon then cross them again for 2nd beta x

Thank u ladies for ur help x

Nicki, we r totally private, our clinic has offered if all is well a 7 week scan and an 11 week scan then it will had us over to who we choose, we haven't thought that far at the moment but will prob use our Bupa coverage.

My private health insurance has never covered anything antenatal. I don't think any of the UK ones do. Some of them do give a (very small) cash payment on the birth, or cover a c section for medical reasons but not the antenatal care beforehand.

I had all 3 of mine privately with 3 different insurers but the same hospital and obstetrician for all 3, so if you want to talk about costs etc later, do feel free to PM me. I spent so much on infertility treatment and in emotional costs I didn't feel comfortable entrusting them to the NHS because my local hospital has one of the worst maternity ratings in the country and was also named one of the dirtiest hospitals when I was expecting number 3!

Keeping everything x'd for you in the meantime.
