I hope your GP will refer you for an early scan but if they don't, you can always go private just for a scan http://www.thisismy.co.uk/ is one company, but there's plenty more about.
    There's babybond too: http://www.ultrasound-direct.com/babybond-pregnancy-scans/early-scan/

I had a private scan 4 years ago (not from Babybond) at 5, 8 and 10 weeks.

    BZ you've made my day:)

I'm still lurk on this thread despite the fact my "little miracle" is now 3 !

BZ your post brought back so many memories of getting a BFP on my second IVF - Something made me test ridiculously early,(IIRC 8 days post transfer) anyway I POAS and left it on the side whilst I went to hang the washing out, came back about 10 mins later and screaming "f*cking hell" at the top of my voice as I really truly wasn't expecting it - I continued to utter similar expletives (to the dog) for the next couple of hours until I met DH in town !!!

I started the original TTC 12m + wayyy back in1998 and believe me, this thread still never fails to reduce me to tears - I wish every one of you the strength to continue on your journeys :)
  • Ladies, I may not post often but always read this thread and it reduces me to either happy or sad tears.

My little miracle is now 2 and my little surprise 7 months. I will never forget the 2 years+ we tried to have our little one.

In my darkest days (my Dad was seriously ill at the time as well), I never believed we would ever achieve our dream. Yet here we are a few years later. I wish someone could have told me it would have all worked out.

I just wanted to give you all hope. I wish you all the best in reaching your goal.

I hope no-one minded me posting.

I've re-worded my post now, it was a bit misleading, sorry:o

DH and I have been back together for 4 months now, and been on two holidays, and it seems to be working out.
To cut a veeeery long story short, I told him to change into a good person, and he seems to have changed, for now:cool:

DH wants me to go back to IVF, but I'm not so keen:o
I've been TTCing for 4 years, and done 5 ECs, 2 ETs, 3 IUIs and 4 Clomids. I'm getting old as well. I think I'll leave it for now.

Lovely to 'see' you Q, and great to hear that you and OH are giving things another go. Good to see as well you have laid down some ground rules!

Do you think you will be continuing with your TTC journey?

One thing I would LOVE to read on here would be your BFP :o
