So much for their so called retentions, been with them a few years now but they did'nt want to 'play ball'. PAC requested, and received and hello to Orange (Already have another account with them, their retentions put me on a cracking deal :T)

Would immagine that O2 are gonna loose a lot of MSE's with their now very poor deals !!

Not really no, Its all down to the fact that O2 are pumping more money into the new iPhone.

They lost another customer here of 7 years aswell today. They also lost a broadband customer.

    Poor poor retentions by O2.
  • Lost one here as well.

02 seem to be only interested in selling the i-phone at a tariff exceeding £35 a month.
I wonder if they have ordered to many i-phones and are now having to resort to strong arm tactics to sell them.

What do you think of there broadband, was there any problems at all? I've just asked for my MAC from Orange Home Broadband due to my connection being throttled to nothing during peak times and O2 seems to be the best package available in my area (£22 Access Pack 8MB Unlimited / No throttling), so I'm just trying to get some feedback about there service.
