    I've been Money Tipped!
I'm still on the first, no longer wearing everyday, but atleast every second day, and no...absolutely no difference.

I gave up after a month or so, no real difference and it was a relief to go back to my old mascara that doesn't flake off.

I've used Talika do, can't see it did an awful lot.

At the moment I'm using Shiseido lash primer and it seems to work to increase the appearance of length (it's the same as those things where you put white on before your mascara).

I'm saving up for lash extensions though, it's the only way I can see me getting longer lashes apart from temp falsies or those expensive prescription only treatments!

I've been using it for a couple of months and cannot see any difference to the length of my eyelashes.... serves me right for believing the hype on the Boots website. The science bit always 'forces me to believe it!' ;)

I would say though that I have lost less eyelashes than usual but that could be because I am trying to be more gentle when taking off my eye makeup.
Thank you to all posters - you are fabulous!!!

Why not try the girls aloud ones from eyelure? They can be taken off at night and reused mine last about a week but I cut them in half and only use half on the outer corners, shorter half for day and longer half for nights (ok sometimes days as well;)) one set should last about 1 month if your careful at a cost of under £7 at the most, there is usually some kind of offer on in Boots, Superdrug etc, I use Chryl Cole ones atm. What are the prescription only treatments and what do they do?, never even knew these existed:o
Thank you for this site Martin

    Good luck for the future

I've tried the Girls Aloud ones - I'm not overly keen on them to be honest. I love my Mac false lashes (£8 and last for ages) and the Duo adhesive is fab.

I think the prescription stuff is more in the US, have a google for Latisse, bit much for me tbh!
  • I have to say, don't bother with Cargo, i doubt whether it would work, it isn't man enough for the job of growing eyelashes longer. I have been using LiLash since march and after 12 weeks (yes, you have to be patient), i have eyelashes so long i have to cut them! Even strangers keep asking me if they are real. At last something that lives up to the claims! It takes a while for hair to grow and you can't speed it up but what Lilash does is it makes your eyelashes grow as long as they'd ever get by stopping them falling out so much. It also gave my left brow a few hairs back that hadn't grown for years! Well worth the money. Ebay is the cheapest. It is only available from the U.S. though so you have to wait a bit. I am not a sales person in any way, shape or form either. Just a normal girl trying to save you other girls wasted money. Just be patient and use it every day til you see them growing longer then reduce to 2-3 times a week. Don't use much either, you don't need to. My 12 weeks is aparently the longest time it takes most people and they guarantee it'll work!

Extentions ruin your own eyelashes! Try Lilash, it honestly really works! Use every day for quite a few weeks as hair takes time to grow. You won't grow lashes overnight!
