I think that there are a couple of people messaging here who are in some way connected with the PR for this mascara as I've read the same posts on other review sites. They also give 'helpful' hints on how to find the product!!!!

Still, they aren't spamming, I initially asked about the product and pointed out its out of stock on the website, so not sure really what more they hope to acheive.

FWIW DH tried for me in a few Boots in London but it was sold out. At Liverpool Street they said veryone's been asking about it and they've not had it in but rcommended trying Bond Street.

Sucked in by the hype and positivity I bought some this morning at a Boots when I was in my nearest town. It was just by a quiet unopened till, with no advertising or anything, just in a clear plastic box type display unit. DH spotted it and started to yell the place down:o:T. He's so domesticated!:D

For others waiting, as a non thickening/lengthening mascara use this is nice:not too gloopy, youwon't need another mascara while using it BUT, it comes off very easily...its not rainy day or gym mascara by any means, DH was chuckling while we were outside working earlier, and he's used to some degree of pnda eye.;)

I am persevering with this although I don't like it as a mascara - I find bits come off during the day, nothing too obvious but I can see it. I haven't tried it with another mascara over the top yet as I am not too sure that will work for me I have small eyes and too much mascara makes them look even smaller.

I ordered this on-line last week to be picked up instore as they didn't have any in stock. Got it on Saturday and so far so good - no bits dropping off or smudging as reported but I'm just using it as a primer under Lash Stiletto until that runs out - having said that - I have never had a mascara run out- I just chuck thenm after about 3 months in case they go manky and give me an infection.

hmmm yes from our 'new' members.

So far, i like it as a mascara on its own however i find if i put my usual mascara over it, it gets clumpy and doesnt look very good. Maybe its just my mascara though?

No, me too,I've tried it with a coupe of mascaras over top.

I like the look of it as a day time mascara, not clumpy, good coverage, well defined lashes, but every day I've had the smudging. its not the end of the world,I just check every now again and wipe with a clean finger :o

I tend to wait for it to dry and then comb my lashes before putting on the next coat of another mascara =- bit of a faff but it stops the clumps

  • Hi I got some Cargo Lash Activator but I am tiny bit unsure how to use it. I know it sounds silly but I have seen another lash growth thingy that told you to apply it and keep it on, as it would sink into your lashes ( cant remember brand name of it now). My question is do I use this in the same way or do I remove at the end of the day due to its mascara like qualities?

Thanks i'll try this and see if its any better. I do like it as a mascara, it goes on well on its own however its not as good as my Clinique high impact but if it makes my lashes longer then i'll stick with it and just use it as a mascara too... we'll see in 30days.
