In the end I couldnt be bothered. The guy from Barclaycard was a joke and kept changing the subject and trying to have a conversation instead of helping me. When I told him I wanted a higher limit, he said 1600 pounds was one of the higher limits they give people! As we know from here, that is absolute tosh, and I told him that and that my previous Barclaycard had a higher limit when I was earning less. Again, a change of conversation onto work and other things to try and throw me off track. In the end I just couldnt be bothered for the sake of an extra 800 pounds
