i ordered a game server 4 moths 3 days ago and have still not received it and the only response ive gotten was SOON ive asked several times now for a refund but the company is completely ignoring me ive threatened them with everything from court action to reporting the transaction as fraud/theft but still no response , what can i do to get my money back ?? i paid in full via debit card through paypal

Use PayPal to get a refund I'd think.

ive looked through paypal and the only thing i can find is the dispute transaction but its only within 45 days of purchase so it looks like im stuck , ive opened a case in the resolution bit but had no reply in 2 weeks , im thinking the server provider has made an agreement with the games company not answer any question about refunds as there is a lot of people in the same boat and not even an acknowledgment or knock back , meh well once bitten twice shy .

The company in question is multiplay uk , so no one else makes this mistake.
