Kataratarina every one is different. Some women don't have a firrst period at all so theoretically you would miss a month so would be 8 weeks between af's. Some would be a week, some would still be dead on their 28 day cycle. Don't forget though that your "pill " cycle is not a true cycle, the pill dictates your cycle length making it 28 days consistently. Very few women have a regular 28 day cycle every month. Mine varies from 26-32 days, as you've seen from other ladies some are 40,50,60 days. There is no set rule so we can't give you that. I would however say that if you are on cd33 of your cycle and you did ov on this cycle then you would have seen a positive by now. Sorry to say but I think it's the old mind thing making your body sympotomatic, we've all been there and the symptoms are very real but caused by our desire for a BFP. Certainly from what I've heard if you are experiencing pg symptoms then you would have enough hormone to register on a pg test. It's usually only women who have no symptoms at all that need to have blood tests to prove it.

MadMac have a dodgy hug :grouphug:, I think it's called sod's law isn't it! I can vaguely relate to where you're coming from but only from the point of view from having dh unable to co operate on crucial days. It must be even worse for you not having him there at all. I think there is absoloutely no chance for me this cycle as DH has been dreadful this month but I've been very good and not said anything to put the pressure on but secretly I'm seething inside! If we can't manage it when we bd on all the right days and frequently during fertile period then there's naff all chance when he's managed it twice in fertile period! I'm trying to be philosophical and think that we're not conceiving yet because the time isn't right yet. I am a great fate believer and that is what keeps me going. Huge hugs to you MadMac, you're having to be so strong for your oh at the mo on top of all of this as well.

Yup, thanks becs, I can't moan at him for not performing or anything as I'm trying soooo hard to stay supportive and loving. Corr, I don't half have to bite my tongue an awful lot!

Yup have been doing massive tongue biting this month! I don't know about anyone else but sometimes I feel I do so much to try and make this happen and they don't do anything except the fun bit so when that doesn't even happen I find it so hard to bite my tongue!
I definately feel like a visitor that has long outstayed her welcome!:rotfl:
