Thank ladies, I'm not really, I just have a crap immune system and get every chronic thing going! Its all learned through experience sadly! xx

Make it 3 - I don't use them but people say to use them for 10 consecutive days starting from cd10 if you have a 28 day cycle. If your cycle is shorter, start it 1 day earlier for each day "short" it is, i.e. if 28 days = start on cd10, 27 days = start cd9, 26 days = cd 8, etc

    sticky babydust ladies xx
Never argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.

thanks for the welcome ladies, I guess 10 days ought to about cover it. I don't want to get obsessive about it, but hubby is an impatient man who is wondering what I'm doing with his "super sperm"!

MV - I know that form of contraception as well!!! DH and I have been using it for goodness knows how long now! It does make me worry too, as I keep reading that sperm can leak before ejaculation (tmi i know!!!). So in theory this could have happened to me over the last few years but it hasn't!!

    Ditto Sammy_Girl & Metranil Vavin

When I told the doctor (after properly trying with OV tests & timing etc. for 7 months) we had not used contraception for 7 years he asked why I was only going for help now! Explained we weren't bothered one way or the other before - putting it down to wrong timing and the fact that we weren't at it like rabbits that we hadn't got pregnant. Hindsight is a wonderful thing ..... so here we are 12 months of serious trying ...male fertility issues identified, i OV, but recent HSG indicated some blockage to one tube .... and not knowing what is next ........
