hehe yes it would (I think!!)
I'm just a natural worrier.
I am a bit scared though..this is only something that I've recently starting thinking about..I think my age is pushing me forward a bit too.
My OH is ace though and would love to be and make a great Dad.Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,You don't even take him seriously,How am I going to get to heaven?,When I'm just balanced so precariously..0 -

He has had some blood tests at the docs, so we ae waiting on those, but I think IBS can be stress related? With everything thats happend, plus his job not great, worrying about money and not liking where we live, is it possible that it all could be linked? So worried about him!
Yep, I get it terribly when I'm stressed. It seems to be a chronic thing, one stressful episode won't trigger mine but crappy working situations/moving house etc will. Hot water bottles on the area, antispasmodic medication (taken 3X day before eating) and peppermint tea really help me.
You can get stronger meds, I think there's one called Spasmonal which you take for acute attacks which can relieve the pains too. Treatments can also differ with which type he gets (IBS with constipation, diarrhoea or alternating constipation/diarrhoea). Diet changes really help too, here's a linky which is pretty informative
xxNever argue with an idiot, he just brings you down to his level and beats you with experience.0 -
thanks bitzer, you are a mind of knowledge! i'll have a look at the link, do the symptons sound a sthough thats what it may be, i'm so worried about him!

A newbie here, although one who has been lurking for a long time through the old threads too, so I think I have all the right terminology now to jump in!!
We're currently on cycle nine of TTC - previously I've just counted dates and tried to BD at the right times according to SMEP. But now I'm wondering if indeed I ov every month/or at all, so bought some ebay cheapies to see - but they arrived too late (postal strike!) for this month.
Anyway enough rambling, so to my question, wondering how many ov sticks you ladies use each month? From the instuctions I can see I need to start on CD9 but for how many days do I keep repeating if nothing happens, there's no details of when to stop - ie when to make the assumption you haven't ov'd that month. We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0
