    Hi Cafcgirl,
Holland and barret do vit b6 in 100mg, 100 tablets for £1.99 on line but don't know what they are in the shops. I would try the b6 and then maybe the prgesterone cream if the b6 doesn't help.

does anyone know of a shop where I can buy some vit b6.
I went into boots earlier with DH I and all I could find was a vitamin 6 complex but it listed b6 as only 2.0mg..... from what ive read I should be aiming for 50-60mg.
Ive seen it online but I was just wondering....... or perhap progesterone cream would be better???? Any advice?

I know becs has already said H&B, just wanted to add that I got mine form there and they are 50mg about £3 ish as I recall. They're with "women's health" and "energy". I wandered round for ages trying to find them!!

Im sending DH in there tomorrow on his break from work....
According to online h&b there are now 1.99 for 100 tablets 100mg.... seems like my luck is in!
With any luck if he gets them tomorrow I can start taking them right away.
Does anyone know how long they take to filter through into your system. On another forum a lady has said she started taking them day of positive opk and her luteal phase is already 12 days compared for 6 previously....
I guess everyone is different so you dont know....

Should everyone be taking them? Or just if you LP is short? This ttc thing hurts my head. Why isnt it a case of I want one and then it just arrives at your door all wrapped up in a nice pretty bundle?

Cafcgirl I dont know exactly how long they take but Ive been on them for two months (starting at the end of the previous cycle) and my LP has been bang bang on 18 days both months. Having said that, I bought some sanatogen today and am going to start taking that for a while instead of all the individual ones. Ive been getting confused with all my fluoxitine etc so I also bought one of those little pill organisers. We'll see how we go for the next month or so. Whilst DF is home on leave Im going to get as much bd'ing in as I possibly can ;) Im confused because cbfm said I ov'd sometime last week, but I had sticky cm this morning so I bought some opk's (my first cycle on cbfm) and todays came up with a faint line , I know that doesnt mean ov but surely if I already did, it would be clear

    Morning all

Just a quick question for those who use opk - I had a surge during my last cycle but haven't picked up a surge this time round. has anyone else experienced this? i started charting bbt this month and glad i have as FF has told me that i have already ov...

i test at around 4:30pm each day so could it be possible that i missed the surge? i did have feint lines on the sticks but the instructions say that lighter than test line means no surge.

    any advice appreciated!
