RLT 1 cup from Week 32 to Week 33
    2 cups Week 34 to Week 35
    3 cups in Week 36
    4 cups in week 37 and 38
TOTAL = 6 boxes of 20 tea bags

RLT - I am thinking i will go for the capsules, have you seen them anywhere Glam, I haven't even looked yet. If it helps the uterus contract after, i'm up for that. Have some EPO in the cupboard. Arnica, i remember buying that before i had DS. Think i ended up putting it on my Section cut, once the dressing had been removed.

I'm currently looking at the tea as it is a bit cheaper

20 bags for 94p - so just less than a fiver for 100
    100 capsules for £6.49

The calcuim is supposed to be good if you take it every day and then take a double dose at onset of labour.

I'm hoping to do as much as I can to induce and ease labour so that I don't have to be induced IYSWIM

WM- I'm getting the capsules as I had them last time and I don't like the tea. I looked in H&B today but they only had 400/500mg so you have to take between 4 & 6 a day according to the bottle? Just ordered 900mg ones from bodykind.com as you only need 1-2 a day. They're dearer but you'll need less.

Doubt i'd be able to drink the tea. Have problems drinking enough fluids as it is.

Don't really want to bring on Labour, still not decided on the elective section yet.
But hoping the RLT will help the Uterus contract back into shape after the baby is here. Though i have been told the afterpains are a killer, especially with your 2nd. Maybe RLT will make this worse. Don't remember afterpains after havin DS, but that maybe down to the pain of section cut, or because of the painkillers i was given anyway.

I plan to try the RLT cold with ice as well as a hot tea - Sami suggested making a jug and keeping it cool. Said it was nicer this way.

PLUS - add Vimto!!! Think it was emlou that recommended this!

Just need to get my bank card and can place my order - makes it seem really close do all this prep!!!

Right. Have finally chosen and paid for a bag on Etsy.

    $37+$10 shippping = $47. Paypal charged me just under £30.00 :T
    Its this one:
    http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=28322212

DS helped me choose. Will give reviews once received in few weeks.

Going back to read what i've missed.

That is LOVELY!!!! I want! Ohhhh I love the blue fairy one too!

I checked myself again, and I am 2cm dilated from what I can brush against. Thats no poking, just my fingertip can brush across it. Weirdly it's more like an oval shape than a circle. Good to know things are moving, means they don't have to use prostaglandins and can just break my waters, which will hurt but is possible :T (I know it's weird but it makes me feel better knowing without someone else shoving their hands up there).

Bath was lush, but DH called while I was in it, dragged my huge !!! out and he told me that DS2 wandered off again, in the middle of the Castle Douglas Gala day, they spotted him on stage after a 'lost child' announcement!!!!:eek::eek: DS2 is 4 but can't talk very well, he says his name as 'rrrisss a fa' if you can make out that much. DH was in a panic! Anyway, DS2 then clung like a limpet to him the rest of the day. He just wanders off, he was at the park but managed to walk out the gate and go for a wander when DH looked away. Bloody boy and bloody DH! (although he has done it to me too). However, they have been having a great time.
