I call an 0844 from my VM network on my contract phone and i was charged more than the 15p per minute call rate VM charges for an 0844#.I contacted VM who have corrected this call charge but they couldn't give me an explanation to why this has happened and they said they would get back to me with an explanation,i'm still waiting.
Check your bill and see if VM are over charging ppl for calls bc this isn't the 1st time its happend.Just think how many hundreds of thousands of £ VM are making if they can get away with this.
