Okay I didn;t get to go for my run yesterday but heres the latest plan - work all day today (at the office) so not much choice...home....domestic chores....more of the sorting out issue plan to be more organised.

tommorrow - get up, take Chloe to minders and then gym!!!!!

    Morning all!

Well its not quite raining here yet but ive a feeling it will soon, prob just as im walking into town!!

Just had a phone call to say ive been shortlisted for the job i went for last week and that they were very impressed with me at the interview! Fingers crossed now as they are deciding in the next couple of days! Not quite as much pay as I would have hoped for but they've said if they person who gets the job puts in the effort then it will go up!! And right now I am desperate for a job, 2 months of not working is driving me mad!!!
Time to get things sorted once and for all......

take chloe to childminders.... run instead of gym...?

i think you need a run more than you need a workout... remind yourself why you like to run....

I went out last night and i have been coughing like a 50 a day smoker since and was apparently coughing all night... chest is very sore... think i am damaged!

    Ooh,what was the job Toria??
Speaking of piggybacking others wifi, my next door neighbours au-pair popped over last year to ask if I could give her the password to my wifi connex, as she wasn't allowed to use next doors, but she seemed to think it was ok to use mine!!!!!!!!!!I don't even use wifi myself,so I couldn't give her a password...cheeky bint...
Must go,BF has just called to say shes out of ginger ale and can I fetch her some more...back later..
    Debt-free...and staying that way...

Nope - trying a 13 miler tonight - I always do intervals in the morning on Tues and a longer slower run in the afternoon on Weds as it gives my body a bit longer to recover from the interval session :D

Hoping for a 45 mile week this week (first time I've been over 40 since two weeks before the marathon )

How was your run? Why was it giving you a bad chest - just a clearout??

i have had a niggly cough for a couple of days but no other cold symptoms...

the run last night was a wee bit tough on the breathing front, although the legs were fine... i was quite prepared to stop and walk if i needed to but didn't seem so bad until i stopped...

since then though it has been worse... am fed up of coughing now and it's making my chest hurt....

i do 40 miles in a month on average lately...! 40 miles per week is a lot!
