me and hubby are looking at new bathroom suites, we decided now the pound coin tin is just about full (holds £500 in coins but we've been stuffing £20 notes in there too) that we need to spend it on a nice new bathroom suite and shower!

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

Your house is obviously much tidier than mine. I'm scared if I write it all down in detail, I'll get overwhelmed :o

It is NOW!!!! Its taken a good couple of months to get it into some semblance of order. It just happens to be the room I am sitting in at the mo...and I am sitting in it cos its the tidiest.....

You just need to pick one room and write it all down. When thats written pick one thing of the list and write down what needs to be done to achieve that particular point, ie for me go and get paintbrush and sandpaper. (thats the bit for painting woodwork) - don't need to do it just write it down...eventually you pick one task - do it and reward with cup of tea...post a message eat bar of chocolate....

It is honestly how I totally cope on a day to day basis...

Sounds like a good plan Sammy, think I'll follow that myself. I've done all the writing and planning, it's the actual doing that's the problem!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

My life WILL be ordered by the time I go back to school in September.

I will start the list tonight in bed - a room per page in my planner :D

I've come up with my list for achieving a tidy house:

    1. Evict kids
