hi I've already offered that to family /friends at a discounted cost but as most are in couples or have had or having there Holiday's its very difficult, even though we have split id hate to see her loose out on such a large amount of money ,here's hoping she feels the same way about my money lol p,s the name change fee would be 40 ,pounds

Given that you are not going to get any money back (unless she coughs up), if you haven't 'sold it' in a few weeks why not offer it to a friend/relative for the £40 name change fee. You do not lose any more money and someone gets a holiday for £40 plus spending money :beer:

If you manage to sell it then you'll both not lose a lot.
She'll not have to pay you as much & you'll have some spends.
