Hi
I am shopping for wireless broadband, first time bb user and first time wireless.
I am thinking of chunkin out cash and going with BT option 3, but does anyone recommend Madasafish??
Easy to install and fix are v/important, don't mind paying if the service is good!
Thanks
Matt

Check Freenetname and Globalnet as well, they are part of the same group "Brightview Internet" but the packages are slightly different for the same prices.
Been using Freenetname for approx 3 years, with BB for almost a year.
No problems to date.0 -
Madasafish (stooopid name) does have a better service than BT according to the ADSL guide Review Here if Link works0

Hi
Medasafish customer service reps are always on the Internet Access Forum, they seem pretty good, the only problem for me is the download limit, their max service is only 20gb a month, but if your going to use less than this, then they look like a pretty good option.
Hope this helps0 -

Hi wonderfullife
What could you possibly be doing for more than 20gb/month??
Curious, thanks anyway

Thats the trouble with everyones max service they all seem to be capped. Downloaded 17 gig yesterday so its gonna be no good for me0

I currently use the Freenetname 5GB per month package, and have 4 pc's and 2 laptops in the house, all wireless to BB.
I have only twice exceeded the 5 GB limit since last September, most of the time usage is about 4 - 4.5 GB per month.
The internet is not used to download songs or video, just email, shopping, banking and general browsing.
If you do not download any songs / videos or use P2P networks then its fine.0 -

Hi
I download a lot of audiobooks, as well as other things..........0 -
I've been puzzled for a while about if I did in fact use Madasafish as a backup PAYG service in the good old days of dial-up on a 33Kbps modem! If it's the company I'm thinking of then they had a very good and quick (for the time!) service. I would highly recommend them, but you can get higher download limits with other services if you require, such as BT Broadband Option 4. (Although I think it's about £28 - £30 a month for that!)0

Switched from Demon to Madasafish in the middle of last year to their 2Meg broadband service. Easy to switch and have had no connection issues at all. As someone stated, they are owned by Brightview who also operate Totalise who I had dial-up with for 5 years and never had a problem them either.
Hope this helps0
