You will have to do a clean install with windows7 as stated here

Well, it is a lesser product: with Vista you get a free upgrade, and Vista until then. With Windows 7, you have to wait until it is released.

But it is still a good price. I got one, and I guess I can sell it at a profit should I decide not to use it.
